GRASS FED BEEF

A quarter side of beef will fit in a typical refrigerator freezer. With each order you will receive an assortment of beef Hamburg, stew, roasts and steaks.  Sides of beef and whole animals will be custom cut to order, flash frozen, double wrapped and federally inspected. A typical animal will give you approximately 370 lbs to 420 lbs of retail cuts. A side will produce approximately 185 to 210 lbs and a quarter 92 to 105 lbs of retail cuts. Pounds of retail cuts is actual meat that will be received.

We do not feed our animals grain or corn.  They are fed grass, hay and grass silage that is grown and harvested on the farm. They are free to roam on the pastures, year round, but have shelter available to them at all times, if they choose to use it.  They have an endless supply of fresh water, as well as vitamins and minerals.  The are not being given growth hormones, steroids or antibiotics.
